Co-Working Details

Co-Working spaces allow new and young businesses to thrive through collaboration and shared resources at a reduced cost. There are several co-working models that have helped communities like ours become hubs of entrepreneurship and here are a few details of the space we are creating:
  • Affordable and Accessible Modern Office Space
    Start-Up Budget Friendly
    The Co-Working space will be located in downtown Maryville with easy access for occupants' clients as well as access to other businesses in the downtown area within walking distance. The shared space allows for us to have affordable rent pricing compared to other spaces in the downtown area. There will plans that can suit any budget, from day passes to long-term leases.
  • WiFi
    Hi-Speed Internet
    All occupants will have access to high-speed internet that will accommodate large file transfers, video-streaming, and more quickly.
  • Conference Room
    There will be one or more large meeting spaces that will all occupants will have access to. The space will have a large display and modern conference table.
  • Shared Resources
    Coffee, Copiers, and More!
    All occupants will have access to the office amenities in the space including coffee, copier, shared common space, game room, and more.
